A new sponsorship opportunity is available to those who may be interested in Drum Corps International (DCI).

The DCI tour event originally scheduled in Minneapolis this year, is being located right here in Menomonie! This event, previously held at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, will now be held at Don and Nona Williams Stadium (114 17th Ave E) in Menomonie on July 7, and event organizers are currently seeking sponsors. A portion of sponsorship proceeds will benefit the Drums Along the Red Cedar Youth Music Camp Scholarship Fund.

During the first decade of this century, the Drums Along the Red Cedar event helped raised funds for this Foundation endowment, which helps local children attend summer music camps via scholarships.

“DCI” Menomonie is brought here by Drum Corps International and their partner Minnesota Brass Incorporated.

Local business owners and community members are encouraged to consider all the various benefits of what likely will be the largest musical event to ever be held in Dunn County. Not only will it benefit this Foundation endowment, but it will have a positive impact on tourism, UW-Stout, and Dunn County economic development overall.

To join the Foundation in becoming a volunteer for, or a sponsor of this exciting event, please fill out the Sponsor Form. Learn more about volunteer benefits and register to become a volunteer by visiting: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/904044aaaaa229-volunteer6.

We thank you for considering this unique opportunity to help rebuild a Menomonie tradition and support youth music education!
