Traditionally held in April of each year, the Annual Luncheon is our opportunity to share and celebrate our first round of grant awardees of our February grant cycle with the community. Grant recipient representatives are encouraged to take a few minutes to talk about their organization and any important projects when they accept their award. Approximately 130 guests attend this event each year.
Legacy Event

The Legacy Event was created in 2021 to honor and thank our Legacy Society Members and educate attendees about legacy giving. A Legacy Society Member is someone who has named the Community Foundation of Dunn County in their estate plans or created an endowment fund at the Foundation. The Legacy Event has been held at the Legacy Barn in Menomonie every year since its inception. The details on the day/time/location is still TBD.

Evening of Gratitude (available)

The Evening of Gratitude is an event the Foundation has hosted for the past nine years as a way to thank our greatest supporters and celebrate our August grant awardees. This event is traditionally held in the evening on the last Thursday in September at the Cottage Winery in Menomonie. This is the Foundation’s favorite event of the year and is very well-attended (140-150 guests).
