How We Invest

The Community Foundation of Dunn County has an Investment Committee, comprised of board members and other community representatives that have experience in the financial industry. The assets that are invested for long term growth are managed by a team of professional advisers hired by the Board of Directors. Fund performance is evaluated and reviewed on an on-going basis by the Investment Committee and quarterly reports are made to the Board of Directors. At least annually, the Foundation’s professional advisors make an in-depth report to the entire Board of Directors.  Short term investments for operations, non-endowed funds and other miscellaneous assets are placed in local financial institutions and are reviewed by the Investment Committee on an on-going basis.

The Foundation’s Investment Policy is available upon request.
