The Home Sweet Menomonie Marketing Toolkit is designed to help you communicate with current and potential employees who may be interested in learning more about applying for a loan through the down payment assistance program. You must be a current Home Sweet Menomonie Program Partner to use these materials.

Our goal is to help you share information about the value of the program and educate your employees about how to apply. The following documents are available for download:

Professionally printed posters, postcards and lawn signs are available. Please contact the Foundation at 715-232-8019 with the quantities you need.

• Social Media Blasts for Employers / Social Media Blasts for Realtors – These files are Word documents that can be edited/personalized for your social media usage.
• Realtor Partner List – This file is a PDF that can be used to share with employees. These Realtors all support the HSM Program.
• Download Art Files – For quick access to the Home Sweet Menomonie, City of Menomonie, and Community Foundation logos.
• Read about and share a story about the very first HSM homebuyer here! Your employees may appreciate reading a recent news story about a school teacher who applied.
• Printable Application Form – This link will bring an interested employee directly to the printable application form through the City of Menomonie website. You may also wish to keep copies of this form in your HR office.
