The Home Sweet Menomonie Marketing Toolkit is designed to help you communicate with current and potential employees who may be interested in learning more about applying for a loan through the down payment assistance program. You must be a current Home Sweet Menomonie Program Partner to use these materials.

Our goal is to help you share information about the value of the program and educate your employees about how to apply. The following documents are available for download:

This file is a PNG of a postcard that can be printed and handed out to employees and also used for social media

Poster

This file is a PDF of an 11×17 poster that can be printed for display (in a break room for example), and also used for social media.

Professionally printed posters, postcards and lawn signs are available. Please contact the Foundation at 715-232-8019 with the quantities you need.

  • Read about and share a story about the very first HSM homebuyer here! Your employees may appreciate reading a recent news story about a school teacher who applied.
